ABOUT

Hi! I'm Andrea Tegstam, founder of Conscious Search.

I'm fortunate to have lived and worked across Europe, in Japan, and since 2015 in the US, based San Francisco Bay Area. With a corporate background at Electrolux (in Sweden and Japan), coupled with research and consulting roles at Institute for the Future and RISE, I understand the complexity of different markets and bring strong cross-cultural skills.  I have worked with US executive search since 2016, employed  until early 2024 as Sr Executive Recruiter with the Technology Practice & Director International Practice at Westwood&Wilshire.   I am now the founder and principal of my independent search firm, Conscious Search. 


With my experience and learnings from the Tech industry, I started Conscious Search with a burning conviction that we all need to work together to secure a resilient, sustainable economy. I am determined to contribute by delivering top talent to my clients, applying my executive search experience paired with my multilingual (Swedish/Scandinavian, English, Spanish, German, Japanese) skills, cultural understanding, and curiosity about new technologies and innovation.
