About our logotype: In creating Conscious Search, we were looking for a symbol of connectivity and relationships and reached out to my talented artist friend Hadley Radt. "My paintings explore the connection between systems in our environment and how they relate to my own impulse to construct order" states Hadley.
Born and raised in Sweden, Conscious Search founder Andrea Tegstam has had an international career spanning Europe, Japan, and the US. From her early corporate days at Electrolux to technology research (Institute for the Future) and business consulting, she resides in Silicon Valley since 2015. With a passion for connecting people with opportunities, and a keen interest in new technologies and relationship building, she has found her purpose in executive search and talent acquisition. After successful years as executive search consultant with Westwood & Wilshire , she is happy to offer her experience to clients in the US and abroad.
